Classic Service combines our Free Phone and
EMail Support for Current Projects without having to pay a yearly fee.
The following features are included with Classic
Service. Click any
option for a detailed explanation.
Discounted Support
Any Support that relates to Current Projects is
provided at no cost. For example, if we install an Exchange
Server and within 45 days you call to find out how to add a new user
or change an EMail address; that Phone and EMail Support is all
complimentary. Support issues that are unrelated to work done in
the last 45 days is billed in 6 minute increments.

For clients who use minimal Phone and EMail
Support, Classic Service allows you to save the investment of a
Support Plan and simply pay for Support when needed. Support is
billed in 6 minute increments. Back
