If we're unable to take your call, our
support requests come in via Voice Mail. But in urgent
situations, our Priority Beeper Support gives you the ability to
bypass Voice Mail and request immediate support. Priority Beeper Support means
that you have our attention immediately and your call is returned
without delay. Because when a system's down, every minute

If you have an Urgent problem over the Weekend,
we'll get back to you . . . over the Weekend.

Microsoft releases Security Patches every Tuesday. With Premium Service, we'll
check for all the latest patches each week and remotely apply them to
your Servers at no

In addition to the Weekly Server checks, we'll configure your Backup &
Antivirus applications to send their logs via EMail to NEM Consulting
which we will then review on a daily basis and let you know if there are
problems.

Connecting remotely, we'll check your File & Mail
Servers for problems before they occur. Our proactive weekly
review includes a check of the Server Event Logs, Antivirus Logs,
Backup Jobs & available Disk Space. We catch the problems before
they catch you.

A good backup is meaningless if it can't be
restored. At NEM Consulting we've advised clients for years to
perform a quarterly restore to test the integrity of their backup
processes. Now, with Premium Service, we'll do the work for you

Server have the added benefit of SBS's proactive System Alerts.
We will configure SBS to send us these critical real time alerts so
that we're aware of a potential problem oftentimes before you are.
