to timely, in-depth support, NEM Consulting is proud to introduce our Premium and Off Site Admin Service options
in addition to Classic Service.
Premium Service combines our Free Phone and
EMail Support with a wealth of other Priority & Proactive Services, as
well as substantial discounts.
Off Site Admin Service bundles all of the day to
day responsibilities of a System Administrator into a discounted, affordable
Support Plan.
Classic Service provides that same level of Phone,
EMail and Remote Access Service, on demand, without a yearly
Support Plan.

In English, which Plan makes the most sense for me?
If you rely heavily on Phone and EMail Support and
you want the reassurance of knowing that someone is proactively
monitoring your Network, choose Premium Service.
If you handle many of your end users' needs in
house, but would like the added support of professional, proactive
monitoring of your Network, choose Off Site Admin Service.
If your IT needs are typically low, and you run a
small, stable network, Classic Service will probably be the most
economical choice.
So, after I spend the money, what's covered with
the contract?
It's important to note, that the bundled contract
services are for monitoring your network. If you purchase
a contract, we will proactively monitor your network for trouble.
Any service to address the problem would be done on a billable basis.
Let's say for example that we proactively notice backups are
consistently failing. Our daily monitoring or your backup logs
is included with the contract. If you would like us to remotely
connect to your server to troubleshoot the problem with backup, that
would be billable.
So . . . what am I paying for again? Your
paying for someone looking out for you . . . .
Our service contracts do not warranty your backup
or antivirus or antispyware hardware or software. Nor do they
guarantee that your data will be recoverable in the event of a
catastrophe. What we do is monitor your system as if you had on
onstaff IT Manager.
