Luckily for our business model, very few things are
intuitive and even fewer things work as expected.
Luckily for you, our clients, we don't charge for
phone or EMail Support. So when you need that question answered,
or you'd like a little help walking through a procedure, NEM
Consulting is there. And we're there at no charge.
Now if you want this support on site, then, yes, we
happily bill you. We also charge for dialin support. But
as long as you're an active client, you get all the free phone and
EMail support you can swallow.

Test What Matters!
Most companies carefully test and monitor their backups, but how often
do you test your backup system's RESTORE function?
If you don't perform data restores on a regular basis, you should run
a test restore at least once each quarter.
The Benefits:
You'll know how to execute a Restore when you really need to
You confirm that you're actually backing up all the data that needs to
be protected
You'll prove that there are no hidden problems that never showed up
during backup, but now prevent your Restore
